1 cup ripe tomatoes
1 pint cottage cheese
salt and pepper to taste (optional)
10 small biscuit
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl mix together cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil and invert. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
Crush potatoes with a fork or knife. Place them on a medium baking sheet and bake until golden, about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, season the potato slices with salt and pepper. Bake 5 more minutes before ice cream is set.
