Kraft's Chicken Recipe


1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour for coating

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

2 eggs

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon dry mustard

3 tablespoon paprika

1 green onion, chopped

1 carrot, sliced into 1/2-inch slices


Place flour in medium bowl. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and chicken broth. Blend well.

Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle flour mixture over chicken, and cook for 3 minutes, or until well browned. Remove from skillet, and stir in chicken broth, eggs, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, paprika and green onion. Gradually pour over chicken.

Return skillet to medium heat. Add chicken, and cook for 2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
