2 (10 ounce) cans divided pizza dough
4 ounces spicy Italian sausage, diced
2 cups pepper jack cheese
1 bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove the bottom of a 2 inch pizzer, leaving a 1 inch layer of dough. Roll out the crust until the bottom is crisp. Cut the pepper into pieces. Melt pepper jack cheese in a small saucepan, then dip the slices into hot melted pepper. Place pepper mixture into the crust.
Layer between two crusts, with slices of pepper jack cheese.
Place peppers on top of pizzeria slices.
Bake pizza at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
