6 cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons golden raisins
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
6 eggs
1 (9 inch) prepared banana
1 (10 ounce) can sliced bananas
3 egg yolks
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Crust: Cream together cream cheese and golden raisins. Fold in chilled whipped cream, cream cheese mixture, eggs, and bananas. Mix well. Spread mixture into pie crust.
To Make Batter: In a medium bowl, Combine whipped cream, chilled cream cheese mixture, eggs, bananas and egg yolks. Mix well. Shape into a smaller and more rounded version of its original shape. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie completely. Serve hot or cold.
