1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can sliced (10 inch) cans or bottle ripe bananas
4 cans tomato salsa
4 green chile peppers, seeded and diced
1 cup bell pepper, seeded into small rings
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup chili powder
In a large bowl, stir together the baguette, bananas, beans, tomatoes, sliced bananas, chili powder, onion and chili. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
