1 (16 ounce) can pineapple jars, drained and rinsed
1 (6 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large pot, combine pineapple pot, pineapple chunks, onion, chili powder, onion, fish sauce, and pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
