Slow Cooker Salmon with Vegetable Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

48 large marinated red salmon fillets

1 (5 ounce) can red wine, undiluted

1 teaspoon salt

1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions

Place marinated fish in slow cooker. Place on rice and turn to coat. Cover, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Remove fish from marinade. Trim around the bones. Place fish fillets in the slow cooker. Turn so that fillets are even.

Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours. Turn fish once during assembly, or until fish flakes with a fork.
