1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
1 1/3 cups milk
4 1/4 cups crispy rice cereal
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Pecan Syrup
1 cup butter, softened
In a big bowl, mix milk, evaporated milk, milk, cereal and vanilla. Mix in brown sugar and eggs. Stir in a mixture of cream cheese and pecan syrup and stir all together. Transfer to gelatin cube in large bowl. Stir in butter. Fill mold with the mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
