1 pound steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 large onions, cut in 5 wedges
1 cup chopped white bell pepper
1 onion, cut into wedges
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley
1/2 zucchini, peeled and seeded
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
In a 1 quart or larger bowl, combine the oil, stock, onion, bell pepper, onion in green, mushrooms, green pepper, peppers, spinach, parsley, Italian parsley, Creole seasoning and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Return the steaks to the cutting board, and slice down. Baste with the oil, pepper, onion, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach, parsley, Italian parsley, Creole seasoning, and salt when finish cooking. Serve over rice or if you'd like to use shredded mozzarella cheese.
