2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried savory
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan. Stir in allspice, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper, basil, rosemary, thyme, savory, red pepper flakes, oregano and basil.
Bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in pork, onion, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper, basil, rosemary, thyme, savory and red pepper flakes. Return sauce to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
