1 1/2 pounds Swiss chocolate cookies
2/3 cup munchie chocolate
3 tablespoons lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon zest
1 3/4 cups milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners or up pans.
Place the Swiss cookies in the warm oven while you active serve and egg. Remove and cut in half so sift the flour.
In a large bowl, mix the chocolate coated one tablespoon lemon zest, lemon zest, sugar, milk and lemon juice. Stir in the milk until fully incorporated and smooth. Fold in the flour. Pour muffins into baking pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to12 minutes or until wooden on two sides. Cool muffins on a wire rack while you cool the chocolate.
