3 (3 ounce) packages instant dinner roll mix
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (2.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Place the rolls in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, flipping once, so that they do not brown.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
In a medium bowl, mix the pineapple, pudding mix, pineapple juice and pudding mixture. Mix in the milk, milk, and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
Spread the cooled roll mixture on a large serving platter, leaving 3 inches of space between rolls. Place the pineapple slices on top of the red filling, and garnish with fresh pineapple slices and pineapple juice.
