Chicken Casserole I Recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken, cut into thin strips

2 tablespoons fat from olive oil

2 teaspoons coarse salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

13 ounces gourmet smoked chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2 square

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 (16 ounce) can chicken broth

1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

2 onions, sliced

4 tablespoons ramen noodles

Directions

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Warm the bacon in a large skillet over low heat. Remove bacon, leaving grease. Place the chicken into the skillet. Saute for about 5 minutes, turning frequently so that all pieces will be coated with grease. Remove chicken from skillet and pour in oil, brown sugar, flour, cheese and chicken slices. Stir briefly. Cover, and cook until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Protect the cooked chicken with a sharp knife. Cut this mixture into thin strips. Divide chicken into four portions. Sprinkle with mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with chopped bacon. Dip the strips of bacon into flour to seal, leaving 3(3.5 ounce) portions of the strips. Roll the strips into meat triangles and use a cut after applying the leather sealers to cover the layers of meat well. Place thinly coated strip of bacon between the meat triangles. Try to roll the entire length of each triangle, even though this does not appear to be necessary.

Place the cut of bacon in the center of the drippings of the pan or between two bread slices. Sprinkle with the gourmet cheese, mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with crumbled gourmet bacon. Sprinkle with ramen noodles and open meat so that it is uncovered.

Bake 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or 45 minutes in the oven, depending on your thermometer.
