1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolk and sugar until well combined. Stir in lemon juice to give a nice soft opening, and herb-flavored sperenger. Let cook for 30 to 45 minutes, or just till eggs are set.
