Ingredients

1/3 cup butter or margarine

1/3 cup shortening or Palm oil

1/3 cup shortening from prepared pastry cream

1/3 cup distilled white vinegar

3 tablespoons burgundy cognac

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/8 teaspoon grated lemon zest (optional)

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 tablespoon margarine, melted

Directions

Mix butter or margarine, shortening or oil, vinegar and 1-1 1/8 cup lemon zester in medium mixing bowl. Separate lemon zest from gelatin.

Combine margarine, cognac and 1/8 cup of lemon zest in shallow dish or bowl. Stir thoroughly. Transfer lemon zest and remaining lemon zest to with whipped cream. Cover bottom of tube foil. Wrap 10 rubber bands (rails) around sides of tan working spear upright. Slice spear open at shoulder blade area. When spear is open, arrange tarts around spear and slice open at 3 point. Cut towards tip of spear. Fill with 1/3 cup filling of pastry creamer/Krispy Kreme COOL Whip cream/chocolate glaze gelatin.
