1 (3 ounce) can pineapple sliced in rounds
1 (3 ounce) can honey
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 (15 ounce) can honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
In a medium bowl, mix pineapple slices, honey, onion, pineapple rings, honey, onion rings, honey, pineapple rings, honey, onion rings, honey and pineapple rings.
In a separate medium bowl, mix orange juice, lemon juice and sour cream. Mix well, and pour mixture into pineapple mixture. Stir gently until well blended. Scoop into glass serving dish.
Spread pineapple mixture over pineapple layer. Sprinkle bread slices with parsley and serve.
