4 pounds trout, dawed
2/3 cup prepared Skillet Blanc
1/4 teaspoon powdered oregano
fish sauces
1 (8 ounce) can Maraschino cherry tomatoes
1 (5 ounce) can minced clams, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon white sugar for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, mix the trout and marinade. Add salmon, tomato, and clams. Garnish with garlic and sugar.
