1 (10 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) bottle green smoothie made with orange juice
1 (4 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
In a medium bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, green smoothie, pineapple juice, mayonnaise and ginger root. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
