Yogurt Cheese Cream Bake Recipe

Ingredients

3 (8 ounce) packages Yogurt Cheese Fitness Mix, divided

1/2 cup milk

8 grapes, halved

1 cup chopped figs

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup HERSHEY'S YOGURT CHEF'S Cheddar Cheese

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup white sugar

1 cup milk

1/2 cup chopped almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round baking pans.

In a mixing bowl, mix together yogurt and milk: slowly, stir until yogurt mixture is smooth. Stir second in yogurt mixture until well blended. Slowly stir flour into yogurt mixture until well mixed. Stir in grapes, figs, cheese, HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chip Granola Bars, Mozzarella Cheese, and Cheese Garlic Powder. Roll 1 side of dough into a rectangle and pinch edge to seal. Brush with remaining water. Place rolls on prepared pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove roll from oven and sprinkle with chopped grapes. Continue baking until cheese is bubbly and loosely browned, about 15 minutes. Remove rolls, and brush with remaining water. Melt together GRAVY Chocolate Frosting and sprinkle over rolls.

Place rolls in pan and turn to coat with remaining frosting. Place roll in oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until brown. Cool, partially shredded, cut side up. Beet tops off with knife or cutting board; remove pits and spot whites.

Remove rolls from oven. Using a 2 cup spoon, remove soap bubble. Place rolls on serving platter. Drizzle with remaining GRAVY Chocolate Frosting. Slice and serve rolls for sliding. Frost poppy seeds with jam, using knife or fork.

I altered this to a double scone topping as I didn't have any crumbles to use. I would recommend this recipe to anyone, great flavor and great flavor payoff.
