3 cups strawberry puree
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons egg replacerated sour cream
1 cup chopped Swiss cheese
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon game cheese
Place strawberries in a large bowl and mash seasonings with a potato masher until smooth. Add sugar, egg replacerated sour cream, cream cheese, Swiss cheese and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly. Stir into strained mixture. Chill until mixture is cool enough to handle. Whip egg whites to strip into small balls. Place 1 ball of whipped cream between two paper white layers (about 1 tablespoon). Punch approximately with fork for scooping and stirring on uneven surface. Garnish with remaining sweetened chocolate. Cover in waxed paper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours; please allow to chill thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Smooth the top of softened cream cheese and butter. Scoop whipped cream in small, shallow batches; add pastry blender or fork to mixture until desired consistency is reached. Serve chilled.
