1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup diced celery
1 cup tomatoes, cooked and chopped
3 tablespoons dried basil
1/4 cup Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
6 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium-size bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the cream of tartar, horseradish, oregano and celery. Mix together well. Pour mixture into a 9 inch square pan. Cover and let stand overnight at room temperature.
In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, Italian seasoning, rosemary and honey; pour mixture over chicken and vegetables. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until chicken internal chicken juices run clear.
