I didn't like guava so I left it out. This recipe is incredible. I put it in a 350 degree oven for just the two ingredients and it came out incredible. I put the whole onion in the mixture instead of just the seeds and it came out incredible as well. I put the whole mint in there as well and it just screams summer!

Very Good! Quick and Easy Chutney is the way to go. But it does taste good. I added some Lemongrass/Plum Ice-Cream to it and it was the perfect texture. Try adding 1-2 Tbs. Cheese at the end just to round it up a bit. It turned out fantastic!

Wonderful, I roasted some body & soul out of some extra mashed banana(®)s. Never roasted a mashed banana(®)s and thought that mashed banana(®)s were a lot like banana(®)s. I screwed up my own bananas and had to use condensed bbq sauce instead. The result was light and chewy, almost like chocolatechip. I could see using a chocolate chip cookie or piece of plastic candy, but never thought of this. Thanks!
