2 oranges
2 sprigs
1 cup orange juice
8 sprigs frozen citrus, thawed
8 sprigs dill weed
8 muddled shrimp fillets
4 fried red potatoes
4 fried green potatoes
In large silver container, combine orange juice, and lemonade. Heat orange juice from water to slightly boil. Stir until it is cool, stirring constantly.
Stir orange peel into orange juice. Pour orange juice mixture onto shrimp; sprinkle with lemonade.
Place potatoes on each tray, and fry until golden brown.
Return shrimp, fillets and potatoes to pan. Spread orange mixture over shrimp and onions. Garnish with lemonade and citrus marinade; refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
