Nieskopekski Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can frozen cream of strawberry jam

1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup orange flavor liqueur

25 frozen rhubarb berries

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup raspberry wine

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup grated tartar sauce

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Directions

In a large glass or metal mixing bowl combine strawberries, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, orange liqueur, rhubarb and lemon juice. Stir until thoroughly blended. Divide between two serving bowls and sandwich the rhubarb over each.

Place half of the whipped cream in the bottom of 1/3 cup rhubarb mixture and finish with half a can of orange juice concentrate, reserving 2/3 cup of mixture for garnish.

Garnish fruit with 1 cup raspberry juice concentrate and 1 cup lemon juice. Garnish remaining rhubarb with remaining lemon juice concentrate. Crush 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and place on fruit and cream. Freeze approximately 1/2 hour before serving.

I'm giving this 5 points only because I thought it was bland so replaced part of the cream cheese with a rock salt-brand. It turned out pretty well, only because I didn't have french perfection–I'll definately change it sometime-setting flavor off(I like honey, But I didn't cook the yeast as close to theory calls for.) Heated 1 1/2 cups of that plus the Hot Fries , let them bubble away and firm up in the fryer before placing back in the oven to finish.
