2 sprigs mint, chopped
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon sifted baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a large bowl, mix the mint, pepper, cocoa, walnuts, baby carrots, whipped cream, brown sugar and lemon zest; stir until well blended. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
