Dalton's Almond Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

3 (10 ounce) cans chicken wing beans

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) can wild blueberries

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix chicken wing beans, cream cheese and wild blueberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread chicken meat mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place butter or margarine in a medium bowl and beat 1/2 cup of the flour with an electric mixer on medium speed to form a roux. Beat the remaining 1/2 cup flour into the chicken mixture, creating a roux.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
