1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 pound Brie cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed spinach
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 (8 ounce) package frozen cranberries
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup lemon zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix cream-style corn, Brie cheese, frozen mixed spinach, blueberries, cranberries, black olives, onion and lemon juice.
Arrange pieces of roll or pastry in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish or tray. Top each piece with a slice of Brie cheese. Sprinkle breakfast cereal slices on top and arrange cranberry slices on top. Pinch edges and serve in slices or in halves.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly.
