1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
4 ounces cooked ham, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup sliced green olives
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, green chile peppers, mayonnaise, mushrooms, cheese and ham. Mix well.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Dip ham into cheese mixture, and place into 5 slices of greased pie pan. Place onions and green olives into ham, cheese, green chiles, Cheddar cheese and ham mixture. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until cheese mixture is bubbly and cheese is bubbly.
