1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon ginger ale
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, salt, oregano, basil, curry powder, garlic salt and ginger ale. Stir well and strain mixture into a shallow dish.
Place fish in the mixture, serve with chopsticks or fork.
