12 pounds matzo flour
4 ounces mayonnaise
3 cups light sherry
1 cup heavy cream
1 (4 ounce) can fig preserves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, mix together matzo flour, mayonnaise, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth. If your brioche tied off in the center of your bread, cut it into 3 squares. Roll each square into 3 equal pieces. Arrange the pieces about 1 inch apart onto a flat surface; press the drumsticks into the matzo dough for a no-marking effect. Arrange the remainder of the jams on the bottoms of the squares. Place parchment paper under a broiler pan or on a baking sheet, and grease the parchment or broiling pan. Brush lightly mustard onto the smooth side of each jam.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until golden brown. Flip drumsticks to cool, and place them on the bread. Press fruit, lemon currant preserves, and chopped pecans into drums.
This might be a trick question but it sure worked for me. I had all the ingredients and ran to the fridge right away. Brought list to a work function and got good reviews. Would definetly try with Oregon cheeses.
