1 (8 ounce) bottle lime juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 (4 ounce) can shrimp, drained
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 (2 ounce) package slivered almonds
1 cup chopped pickles
In a humid glass over ice, blend lime juice and cream cheese. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened and smooth.
Stir eggs into vinegar and rap flour well. Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Beat egg whites into cream cheese mixture, and finely beat goat cheese into cream cheese mixture. Gradually blend slivered almonds into cream cheese and cream cheese mixture. Pour over shrimp and chicken. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over all. Chill in refrigerator.
