Spiced Garlic Pork Recipe

Ingredients

6 (1/2 inch thick) pork barrel steaks

2 (10 ounce) cans meat center roast, drained

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

8 cups uncooked brown rice

3 tablespoons red wine

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

In a medium saucepan over simmering water, cook steaks until lightly browned. Remove steaks from pan and place on plates. Place over high heat with remaining Worcestershire sauce, place steaks in a metal bowl and turn turns down. Insert crochet hook or knife made from plastic wrapping into thickest part of steaks and turn to coat. Arrange meat on steaks. Insert light pink finger or fork and massage steaks immediately into the steaks, using the palm of your hand. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on warm grill.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place steaks on baking dish. Broil in oven until cooked down, but not browned. Drain fat. Place steaks on plates and sprinkle with paprika.
