1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) pie pans.
Combine sugar, butter, egg and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl. Mix with spoon until smooth.
Sift together flour, milk, lemon extract, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Mix until well blended. Spread mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before cutting into 1 1-inch squares.
