3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 lime, juiced
1 onion, cut into 1-inch wedges
2 tablespoons vodka
Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute water and wine over medium heat; stir, until wine is reduced by half. Cover pot and reduce heat. Stir salt and pepper flakes into pot; enjoy a tasty beer.
Stir brown sugar and lime juice into pot and lemon juice into pot. Bring to a slow boil; remove from heat. Stir in wine and vodka. Bring mixture back to a slow boil and allow to cool completely. Pour mixture into blossoms.
