1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 (13 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 (8 ounce) package chopped pecans
1 (3.5 ounce) can sliced peaches OR oranges, with juice
4 jars pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (2 ounce) jar whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, almonds, pecans, peeled pecans, peaches and oranges. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator.
In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, whipped topping and strawberries. Mix well. Drizzle over pie. Remove from refrigerator. Return to refrigerator to chill mixture. Chill in refrigerator to chill mixture. Cover and chill overnight before serving.
