4 apples
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 carrots, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 dash garlic salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mash together apples, potatoes, carrots, celery and olive oil. Add salt, garlic salt, milk, parsley and parsley and mix well.
Transfer mixture into a crust, spread to salami or bone, press to seal, and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
