1 large onion, quartered
1 medium zucchini, quartered
1 medium onion, quartered
1/4 cup bread crumbs
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 dash dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
2 cloves crushed garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, mix the onion and zucchini by hand until the onions are clumped. Drain the zucchini and toss it with the onions. Cut the zucchini into 1/2 inch strips and heat them in the griddle or skillet over medium heat. Place slices in the pan with the onions, turning counter-clockwise to coat.
Layer the steak sauce with the onion tomato paste, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour this over all and toss. Serve immediately.
