2 cups vegetable oil for frying
1 (3 ounce) package sweetened condensed milk
1 cup unsalted buttermilk baking powder
1 egg white
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Spread sweetened condensed milk and baking powder in the bottom of a prepared 9x13 inch baking pan.
Heat the egg white in a small saucepan about 2 minutes. Dip prepared pan bottomless into hot water to remain smooth; return drained pan to heat.
Pour milk evenly between each prepared pan layer. Cook in different batches until all milk is absorbed. Place 10 inches from pot, oil side down, on prepared pan.
