1 (15 ounce) can sliced strawberries
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cherry pie crust
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cake crust
1 (2.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 packet instant lemon pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mincemeat
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch tart pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in the whipped cream, 1/4 cup butter. Combine the vanilla extract and milk, mix and pour into crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool, and frost with whipped cream or frosting.
