1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) container frozen chopped chicken breast meat
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 ounce) can unsalted butter, softened
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese and oil together. Stir in the chicken and celery. In a separate bowl, combine the onion, egg, and Swiss cheese. Spoon mixture into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove pie from oven and place on a wire rack to cool. Frost top of pie with mayonnaise, cream cheese frosting, Swiss cheese frosting, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and Corn.
