Slow Cooker Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

3 pounds pork chops

1 cup water

3 onion, chopped

2 carrots, chopped

1 medium head cabbage, torn

2 medium potatoes, peeled

1 1/2 cups white wine

6 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Place chops in slow cooker. Pour water and onion and carrot into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer. Lower heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove chops from the saucepan. Align ribs in the pot and cover with chops. In a small bowl, combine cabbage, potatoes, wine and garlic. Cover and simmer 2 hours.

Remove chops from pot. Place on rack in the slow cooker over night. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
