1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
2 (14 ounce) cans green beans, drained
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green bell pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green onions
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine green beans, vinegar, onion and bell pepper; mix well.
While green beans are marinating, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Dredge marinated peppers with 1/4 cup white vinegar mixture in small bowl.
Place 1 cup cheese in bottom of 9 inch thick round pan; layer remaining cheese on top of green beans. Gently sprinkle green beans with remaining 1/4 cup vinegar mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Remove marinated peppers from pan. Place on serving
