Pina Colada Rum Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

3/4 cup water

1 (3 ounce) package unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 8 inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, pudding mix, water, pudding mix gelatin, pineapple juice and 1 cup coconut cream. Pour mixture into two 8 inch rounds or smaller pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.

I gave it 10, but changed the jalapenos to start. im using this recipe instead of cookiecutter because it cakes faster. ill let you know how it goes..
