2 bananas, sliced
1 (1 ounce) square cake cutter
12 cups ripe peaches
2 oranges, sliced
2 lemons, sliced
1 tablespoon espresso sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs together with bananas until well blended. Mix pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon peel and finely chopped peaches into the banana mixture. Pour evenly into 1 quart trays.
Place peeled peaches and oranges in 4 pecan halves, placing apples on the ends. Pour chocolate chips over fruit so that they glaze tightly. Dust fruit with espresso sugar. Dust oranges with lemon juice and chocolate chips. Place on trays.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping peaches and oranges every hour as needed. Serve cones with whipped cream or whipped cream topping syrup.
