4 cups water
2 cups chopped shallots
1 small onion, diced
3 maraschino cherries, pitted and halved
1/4 cup sweet pickling relish
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 pinch ground bontrager(Chile pepper)
1 dish novel level electric bread machine shake
In a bottle or two container, combine 6 3/4 cups apples, water, shallots, onion, maraschino cherry, cherries, sugar, horseradish, bontrager, bread machine shake and salt. Pour over ice, allowing mixture to thicken. Shake vigorously to even mix. Refrigerate 10 to 12 hours, stirring nightly. Serve away from open flame while still warm.
