8 ounces kidney beans
8 ounces fresh broccoli florets
4 green onions, sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white sugar for garnish
In large bowl, combine beans, broccoli, green onions, bell pepper, onion and sugar. Dissolve sugar and salt in medium bowl; stir into beans mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir a tablespoon of lemon into salmon and vegetable mixture. Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
Shape salmon mixture into small fish, using sterilized metal ruler or knife. Transfer fish to a plate. Garnish with green onion and bell pepper slices. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Place pasta in microwave oven for 1 minute. Drain pasta. Refrigerate leftover pasta.
