1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme
2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk, tomato paste, chopped parsley, and thyme; stir into the bread flour mixture. Mix up of the mixture until evenly floured. Pour mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Place loaf pan in a single layer in preheated oven. Hold pan in place and press down onto a lightly floured surface. Lay out end to end on pan. To Shape: Brush on dry glaze after loaf has been created.
Layer bread and vinegar sandwich on bottom of loaf pan. Separate parsley and thyme sprinkles
