1 (8 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (16 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
2 (10 ounce) cans diced green chile peppers, drained
2 (8 ounce) cans diced green chile peppers, drained
2 (6 ounce) cans diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1/2 bunch fresh red onion, halved
1 (1 ounce) package (from the jar) taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup chopped green onions
2 1/2 cups chopped green onions
1 cup salsa
Sprinkle olives over top of tortilla.
In a mixing bowl, combine green chilies, green chile peppers, green chile peppers, jalapeno peppers, yellow onions and taco seasoning mix. Fold over top of tortilla.
Spread salsa over tortilla. Top with olives and serve.
