1 (5 ounce) can pre-cooked eggnog and fruit punch
2 (10.5 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
8 eggs, beaten
12 white strawberries, sliced
1 egg white
1 (9 ounce) package vanilla wafers
3 cups whipping cream, whipped topping — chilled or fresh strawberries, to garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Use flour for garnishments.
Place biscuit dough, about 1/2 inch thick, on a large baking sheet. Hit completely and roll to seal seams. Place rolls onto pan, 12 sheets.
Beat eggs and strawberries in large bowl until foamy. Beat in beaten egg whites. Spread over biscuit dough. Layer biscuit(s) with fruit and egg, then strawberries. Top with whipped cream.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until pastry is golden brown. Cover, and refrigerate. Cool slightly on wire rack. Cut into 1-inch slices
