2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons margarine
3/4 pound boneless chicken breast halves
1 head romaine lettuce
1 red onion
18 black peppercorns
18 dry white wine glasses
3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES Guava Syrup
1 (1.25 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, stir in margarine. Stirring constantly, cook chicken until browned and crispy. Drain before tossing with lettuce and pour into a large bowl.
Curve the tomatoes on both sides. Cut into 1 inch squares. Arrange tomatoes on lettuce. Heat chocolate chips in microwave, melting slightly.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and internal juices run clear.
